Daily Deals Vouchers
Appointments must be booked online.(24 Hours in advance. 12-Hour Cancellation Period) Voucher number must be entered in the notes section to be confirmed or the full fee will be expected. The voucher cannot be used with any other coupons or promotions. The voucher must be presented and used in one visit. Tax and gratuity is not included in the voucher. The voucher is not valid for cash back (unless required by law). You must wait to use the voucher until the day after purchase. Gift vouchers booking online must create a customer profile.

No Call/No Show/15 minutes late arrival results in void/forteiture of voucher/appointment and cannot be used to reschedule or future appointments. Invalid voucher numbers results in full service retail fee (does not include tax and gratuity). Double vouchers not available. Multi-Hour sessions not available. Time extension is not available for late arrivals.

Upgrades available to Simply Personal Massage 60-Minute for $15.

You may book your appointment for any date by the voucher expiration date. Booking appointments after the voucher expiration date will incur a $15 fee. No exceptions.

It is ideal to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time to complete intake form.

General Massage Policy also applies.

GENERAL MASSAGE POLICIES

 Simply Teresa is very happy to accommodate your busy schedule and adjust to your needs. Because of my flexibility, it is only reasonable to expect my clients to show up on time and if the client needs to cancel, the client cancels with a 6 hour notice. Otherwise, the therapist ends up being late for their next appointment or most likely loses business if the client does not show up as they could have booked another client. With this in mind, Simply Teresa’s Late & Cancellation Policies are as follows:

LATE POLICY
As a courtesy to our other clients, appointments will be automatically cancelled 20 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY
If the client cancels 6 hours ahead of the appointment, there will be no charge. If the client cancels within less than 6 hours, the client will be charged the full amount of the session. To ensure a stress-free session, 24 hours advance scheduling is optimum.

The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who “no-show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 6 hour time period.

If you are booking your massage within 6 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

ARRIVAL TO THE OFFICE
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who “no-show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period. Multiple services (of two or more), and packages require 48 hours cancellation notice. If you need to make a change to the reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES (prepayments and securing appointment times)
Any service beyond 1.5 hours will require a credit card to guarantee appointment. In some cases, and with certain special packages, a full prepayment will be required at the time the appointment is scheduled. In addition, on services 1.5 hours or more, a minimum gratuity of 20% will be added.

NOTE: We understand that in some cases full prepayment may not be possible due to timing and funds availability. We truly do want each and every client to be able to experience our services and we will do whatever is possible to accommodate every situation. Please feel free to discuss an acceptable prepayment option to hold your appointment, package or service. We are quite happy to arrange a reasonable prepayment.

These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the office and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve chair massage, spa services, or any type of services outside of the massage office.

No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations received less than 1 week prior to a scheduled event are eligible for a 25% refund. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
